Since October 2023 and the end of the ceasefire in March 2025, at least 54,000 lives have been lost in Gaza, nearly 70% of whom were women and children. Mass displacement, destroyed infrastructure, and critically damaged water systems have left 97% of Gaza’s water unfit for human consumption, further compounding the humanitarian crisis.

Muslim Hands has been working in Gaza since 2007, providing vital aid throughout these crises. Through partnerships with the World Food Programme and other trusted organisations, we've already distributed nearly five million meals to the most vulnerable. Prior to this escalation in conflict, 68 percent of Palestinians lived below the poverty line and had come to rely on humanitarian aid from organisations like Muslim Hands.

Despite the immense challenges, especially since the total blockade on aid and commercial supplies was imposed on 2nd March 2025, Muslim Hands remains committed to delivering life-saving support.
